Since October, 1997, Sole Proprietor, Mr. Henry Noble, Jr, PMP, has been doing business as Noble Solutions. Since its establishment, Noble Solutions' mission has been this: To Provide Public and Private Enterprises with Strategic, Customer-driven Market-focused Solutions for Efficient and Effective Management of Resources, Products/Programs and Processes.
The history of Noble Solutions is rich with knowledge acquired through more than 25 years of managing resources and processes within the Department of Defense (DOD). Thus, for the time period from 1998 to 2001, Noble Solutions primarily focused on doing business within DOD. However, since 2002, Noble Solutions has been strategically posturing the company for the inclusion of Academia and Public Education into Company's Business Plans. The tactical approach for executing this inclusion of Academia and Public Education into the mission of the company is simply to leverage the 25 years plus of managing Federal Programs.
Hence, Noble Solutions has leveraged the 25 plus years of experience managing Federal Programs to focus on the strategic objective of: providing Project Management expertise to assist public and private enterprises resolve issues related to the integration of resources and processes.
